OUR STORY

Christ the Rock Community Church (CRCC) began many years ago as Christ the Rock Church but formed into Christ the Rock Community Church in 1993. After meeting in a theater, then a storefront, and then a high school, the current property was finally built in 2000. CRCC has been a thriving community of believers always centered on fulfilling its vision and mission to lead people into an ever-growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ in Cooper City and beyond.  

The ministry of CRCC is led by our Senior Pastor Darrell M. Owens along with a leadership team that consists of a dedicated Board of Directors, and staff.

Christ the Rock Community Church is known for its un-tampered, un-filtered and unapologetic proclamation of the Word of God.  With services and ministries for people of all ages, our church consists of a diverse congregation from various cultures and backgrounds.  Over the years, we have continued to offer traditional, contemporary and modern styled services that enable us to minister to multiple generations.  With an emphasis on the core foundational truths of the faith, our impact has reached the surrounding community and beyond.
